Once your item has been dispatched from our facility, you will then receive a confirmation email where you can track your order. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking number to be registered with Australia Post, prior to this your search may not generate any tracking information. Please check your junk/spam folder before contacting us.
Like mentioned above please ensure the shipping address you have provided at checkout is correct. In case it wasn't, please email us urgently so we can make this change, as once the parcel has left our facility we cannot change these details and will not be able to compensate for any issues regarding postage. However, if it was a mistake on our behalf then we will provide compensation for the matter.
