RETURNS POLICY

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We offer returns or exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, an exchange, or a refund to the original payment method (excluding shipping costs).

Please note the following checklist for our refund policy:

Returned items must have tags still attached and be returned in original product packaging.
Returned items must be in original condition, unworn and unwashed
Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Since we only offer shipping in Australia at this time, please note the shipping cost of your item may vary depending on weight and delivery location.

Like mentioned above please ensure the shipping address you have provided at checkout is correct. In case it wasn't, please email us urgently so we can make this change, as once the parcel has left our facility we cannot change these details and will not be able to compensate for any issues regarding postage. However, if it was a mistake on our behalf then we will provide compensation for the matter.
